The boxes are stamped the day the pie is baked.

Yes, the crust is handmade completely from scratch. No machines are used to mix or roll the dough.
All fruit pies can be left out at room temperature. Pumpkin, Custard, and Meringue pies should all be kept in the fridge.
The pie is shipped the same day it is baked, once it cools, we wrap it in plastic, place it in a pie insert, and put in an insulated box with an ice pack to keep it cool during transit.
Yes, you may freeze a pie after it has been baked. Some customers prefer to individually freeze slices of pie. Warming it in the oven after it thaws will make it taste fresher, simply preheat oven to 350* and place uncovered pie in center of oven for approximately 10 minutes or until warm to the touch
We do not offer catering, but do make pies for any occasion.
